The design team is currently collaborating with Heatherwood Luxury Rentals on a new amenity-rich multi-family apartment project on Long Island. With 428 units, it's the largest transit-oriented development in Nassau County’s history. The project includes 5,600 sqft of retail, 740 parking spaces, and a two-acre courtyard. 20,000 square feet of amenities offer gracious entries, club rooms, a two-floor fitness room, and outdoor features like a pool, pavilion, and rooftop lounge.

Hotel Thaxter in Portsmouth, NH immerses guests in local culture with cozy, welcoming spaces. The lobby and library showcase local art and literature. Originally a church built in 1860, the historic building offered design opportunities to preserve original details while introducing modern touches. The renovation yields 15 luxuriously appointed guestrooms, inviting visitors to enjoy Portsmouth's charm over coffee or wine.
